Chocolate Wrap Cage:
Today I will write on a different topic, I will make a chocolate wrap cage. I don't even need any special skills. I love the simple and beautiful presentations. I can create a beautiful wrap cage with one ingredient, chocolate.
Ingredients for chocolate wrap cage:
Dark chocolate, I need bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, I can use chocolate chips and bars for chocolate cake decoration. I need one cup of dark chocolate chips.
I need 1/2cup of heavy whipping cream.
I need semisweet chocolate chips creating 3D chocolate shapes.
I need Wax Paper. It is thinner than parchment papers, and peels of the chocolate easy way.
I need two shorter strips, the strips need cake measurements.
I use a thin decorating tip for my piping chocolate cage design.
Making chocolate wrap I need 150 grams of bittersweet chocolate.

How do I make a chocolate wrap cage:
Firstly I make the cake. I take 4 eggs and add some water to it. If you need fluffiness so you can add extra egg also. I made my cake in six inches cake pan that it's not taller.
At first, I melt the chocolate, place the chocolate microwave-safe bowl. Until I have to wait for the whole chocolate to fully melt. Then I transferred the whole melted chocolate into a frosting bag with a round tip.
I Use semi-sweet chocolate chips to make sure that is not frosting too much.
Secondly, I heat the heavy whipping cream in the microwave for 1 minute. I use a microwave glass bowl to use it. Then starting bubble take it out of the microwave.
Then I combined whipped cream and chocolate chips and whisked very well. I whisk to combine until it takes smooth paste. Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture.
Refrigerate this chocolate mixture for 30 minutes. Do not leave this chocolate in the fridge for longer than 30 minutes. It will get harden.
I use a baking spatula to spread the chocolate onto this cake. Melt some chocolate chips and pour them into a piping bag. I can make a piping bag to use parchment paper.
I want to design, sketch the design on parchment paper in a permanent marker, and pipe the chocolate over it. I create a small design like heart shape, flower, balloons, etc.
I put parchment paper in the freezer for five minutes.
Decoration:
I cover the parchment paper with a vertical line with chocolate. Making chocolate wrap it around my cake. After wrapping the whole cake push the chocolate gently into the frosting of the cake so that its stays on.
I peeled the paper of the chocolate very carefully. I removed the parchment paper from the chocolate wrap.
The chocolate wrap cage is ready and then store in the fridge for 30 minutes and then the chocolate wrap cage ready to serve.
