Pepper Button Mushroom Masala Curry:
Today I will try another recipe. Mushroom is one of my favorite food you can say this. I will make Pepper Button Mushroom Curry, this recipe is a very tasty, spicy vegetarian side dish and too delicious and made with button mushroom.
This recipe is a very popular dish in India. I love the flavor of mushrooms when combined with garlic and pepper. This is like a match made in heaven.
Mushrooms are commonly referred to as Vegetarian Meat because It has a unique texture.
Button mushrooms are much healthier than meat. It contains lots of protein without fat. If you suffer from protein deficiency you have to try mushrooms. I also add some soybean to it, It is also a rich source of protein. It is a part of my everyday meal.
Ingredients:
Mushrooms -1 lb
onions-2 small
Tomato-2 small
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Garlic- crushed(4 cloves)
Green chilly-2
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Red chilly powder -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-a little bit
Garam masala- a pinch
oil-1 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Salt- to taste
Cilantro - for garnishing
Lemon juice-1 tsp

As Preparation:
At first, I clean all the vegetables with tap water, after that chopped all the vegetables. I kept aside all vegetables on a big plate. I chopped the button mushrooms and boil them before cooking.
Then heat oil on a pan, pop some mustard seeds, and add some cumin seeds also.
I added some onion, curry leaves, and green chili, which I cooked till they are soft.
I added some ginger paste and chopped tomatoes.
Next, I added all the dry spices turmeric, chilly, coriander powder, and garam masala.
Let everything will be cooked together till the masala is mixing.
I added all the boiled button mushrooms and added some water. Mushrooms have lots of water don't add too much water.
After finishing 5 minutes I opened the lid and added a little bit of ginger garlic paste.
I sprinkled a little bit of lemon juice and combined it together. If you need some spice add some more extra pepper powder.
Finally, I chopped some cilantro leaves and garnished the top of them.
The Pepper Button Masala Curry is ready to serve.

Mushrooms are very healthy if you have cholesterol level high so you can add more mushrooms to your daily diet chart. If you try the mushrooms the first time just combined them with vegetables like potatoes and capsicum and also try this recipe as I mention. Slowly you will start loving this awesome vegetable.
