Chocolate Truffle Cake |
Chocolate cake is a very traditional recipe and the cocoa powder from the Americas so added some attractiveness also. I am a huge fan of chocolate especially chocolate cake. I love any type of chocolate cake recipe, today I would love to make Chocolate Truffle Cake.
Ingredients:
2-1/2 cups of 2% milk
1 cup cubed butter
8 ounce semisweet chopped chocolate
3 large egg at room temperature
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling:
6 teaspoon cubed butter
4-ounce bittersweet chopped chocolate
2-1/2 confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipped cream
To make Chocolate Truffle Cake:
* At first, I took milk, butter, and chocolate in a large saucepan and cooked over low heat until melted. Then removed from the heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
* I took a large bowl and beat eggs and vanilla. I preheated the oven to 350F. I placed the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into the large bowl. Mix until well combined.
* I stirred the chocolate mixture until a smooth paste. Chocolate smooth paste gradually added into the previous mixture and mixed well.
* I transferred to three greased and 9 inch round baking pans. Bake until and I checked with a toothpick inserted in the center come out clean. It takes 25-30 minutes to bake it.

* After baking this cake kept aside for 10 minutes to cool it.
* For the filling, I took a small saucepan and added butter and chocolate, and melted the butter and chocolate. I stirred confectioners' sugar and heavy whipped cream until smooth.
For Decoration:
I placed the chocolate in a small bowl and added cream just to boil it. After melting chocolate I poured over chocolate, whisked until smooth. After cooling the chocolate smooth paste spreading over the cake.
* I placed one layer on a serving plate, spread with half of the filling. I repeated again this process. Top with the remaining cake layer. I spread over the top and side of the cake.
* After finishing this process I stored it in the refrigerator.
* Freezing the Chocolate Truffle Cake then I decorated with multicolored cream and one of my favorite cartoon character Chota Bheem toppings on it.
The Chocolate Truffle Cake is ready to serve and my family enjoyed having it. The texture is looking great and tastes so yummy.
