Quick Lunch Grilled Cheese Mayo Sandwich
Everyone heads back to the routines of work with the end of the summer, I thought it wise to offer some idea on how to make the most of my lunch. I love vegetables such as cucumber and tomatoes in a sandwich season with salt and pepper. When I am using the freshest ingredients from my own garden, tomatoes, and lettuce from the garden and spreading with cheese are created equally.

How to build the best sandwich ever:
I choose a good unsliced bread from the local baker. I find presliced bread gets too soggy too fast.
Ingredients:
6 tablespoon butter,softende,divided
8 slices white bread
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoon finely shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 slices American cheese
1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
Some fresh veggies like lettuce, red and yellow bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, and Avacado.
How I make this awesome quick lunch recipe:
I spread 3 tablespoons of butter on one side of bread slices. Toast bread, in a large skillet over medium-low heat until golden brown 2-3 minutes, and then I removed it.
I took a small bowl and mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and remaining butter. Then I took another bowl and combined Cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Gruyere cheese.
I assembled sandwiches, top toasted side of 4 bread slices with sliced Brie. I sprinkled Cheddar cheese mixture over Brie. Topping with remaining bread slices, I spread the mayonnaise mixture on the outsides of each sandwich.
I placed all the slices of bread in the same skillet and cooked until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.5-6 minutes for each side.

I garnished some freshly chopped red and yellow bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, if you like Avacado just go for it. Melting cheese and creamy Avacado combination adds some extra mouthwatering taste. I served this awesome Grilled Cheese Mayo sandwich with family and friends.
I like the mayo, the creaminess of cheese can mute flavor. Plus a little bit of American slice cheese goes a long way.
