Tropical Fresh Pineapple Mango Salsa
One of my most cherished gifts is the recipe book I received on my birthday a long decade ago. This recipe book is filled with handwritten recipes that one of my favorite aunties gifted to me. This recipe book is so precious to me. And one of the best recipes in the recipe book was from my favorite aunty's recipe Tropical Fresh Pineapple Mango Salsa.
My favorite Pineapple is a tropical fruit that enriched vitamins, enzymes, and antioxidants. These amazing properties help my immune-boosting and build bone stronger and aid indigestion. And despite their sweetness, these fruits are low in calories.

Fresh Pineapple is the perfect base for delicious fresh fruits salsa. When I add mango to the mix, I have the base for a perfectly bright and fresh fruit salsa. The Tropical Fresh fruit salsa is just the perfect combination of salty, sweet, acidic, spicy, and fresh flavors.
Ingredients:
Ripe Mango-2 cup diced
Fresh Pineapple-2 cup diced
Red bell pepper-1 cup diced
Fresh cilantro leaves-1/4 cup chopped
Fresh Lime juice-1/4 cup
Pinch of Cayenne pepper
Pinch of ground Cumin
Pinch of sea salt
1 jalapeno diced
1 teaspoon Ginger

How I make this recipe:
I don't need a whole pineapple for this recipe. Mango season hit June and continues right through September. With spicy jalapenos and red Cayenne peppers, bright lime, and tingly fresh ginger, all mix-up, so I love this pineapple mango salsa with my favorite any grilled food.
Firstly, I diced the pineapple and mango into small pieces. Then I finely minced sweet red bell pepper.
I removed all the seeds from the jalapeno and minced them into small pieces. I chopped fresh cilantro.
Then I mixed together all the ingredients and added some fresh lime juice.
I added a pinch of salt and garnished it with fresh cilantro.

The Tropical Fresh Pineapple Mango salsa is ready to serve. I tossed the salsa to combine and drizzle the ginger juice over the juicy ripe fruits. The super tasty and vibrant color of tropical salsa makes my tongue so tangy.
