Pelling:
Day 1:
This is another travel experience to share with you. I love to explore the world. On 1 March 2017, I went to Pelling, Gangtok. I traveled by train and arrived at NJB station and booked a car and I started the journey towards Pelling. I have booked a three-star hotel averaging charges of $35.

Pelling is a small hill town in the district of West Sikkim, India. Pelling is an altitude of 7200 ft. Pelling is located at a distance of 10 km from the district headquarter of Geyzing and 131 km from Gangtok. The nearest airport is Bagdogra airport.

The Himalayas and Kanchenjunga may be viewed at the close quarters of Pelling. Pelling is also famous for trekking and other adventure activities.
The land around Pelling is bathed with alpine vegetation, with numerous waterfalls lining the hillside. In the month of Winter, Pelling is covered by snow.
Singhshore Bridge |
Pelling is the town of Jorethang, Kalimpong, and Namchi. Most of the people Pellings are Buddhists and they speak the Sikkimese language. Other languages spoken are Nepali, Hindi, and English.
Pelling has lots of places to visit like local monasteries, Rock garden, waterfall, Singhshore bridge, Khecheopalri lake holy to Buddhists and many more places.
Singhshore Bridge:
At first, I went up to the Shinghshore bridge, the highest bridge of Sikkim and the second-highest bridge in Asia. The view from the bridge is awesome. Shinghshore bridge is located around 26 km away from Pelling.

Pemayangtse Monastery: After a visit to Shinghshore bridge I went to Pemayangtse Monastery. The Buddhist monastery was founded by Lama Lhatsun Chempo. The monastery wall is painted beautifully and statues of saints and Rinpoches, and various floors.
After traveling monastery I started my journey towards the hotel. My first day of travel is awesome fellings and It gave me a lot of travel knowledge. I captured beautiful pictures.
