Beetroot commonly known as beets are popular vegetables to use many cuisines around the world. Beets are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and plant compounds such as use medicine properties.
Beetroot smoothie is too tasty and healthy easy to make. Beets may help lower blood pressure. Beet has full of antioxidants to prevent your health problems. Beet is the source of potassium, folate, vitamin c, and more.
Today I will prepare a beetroot miracle smoothie. To make this tasty smoothie I need those ingredients: Fresh beetroot, one ripe banana, carrot, yogurt and honey, and some water.
At first, wash all the ingredients and rinse and soak the water. All the ingredients put into the high-speed blender and blend well.
Taste the smoothie and some honey to get more sweetness. I add some apples to sprinkle chia seed. Serve it big mason jar and drink it.
Beetroot has high in fiber, so this smoothie will keep you satisfied. It regulates metabolism and boosts immunity. Beetroot makes strong bones. It detoxifies and cleanses your body.
