WEEKEND IS HERE, ENJOY...
Today is Sunday....happy hour day...I wake up at 6 o'clock in the morning.
My mornings have been incredible. I have packed in exercise and yoga, carved out time to read, and even fit in a few episodes of my current Netflix binge.
Being awake and accomplishing things while everyone else is still asleep feels indescribably magical, and I envy anyone who routinely takes advantage of those early morning hours.
Today morning I have made a green smoothie. I like to share this recipe with you guys.
A healthy tasty smoothie gives energy to your body. A super simple and healthy recipe to share with you guys.
When you’re making your first few green smoothies, don’t just throw things in the blender.
Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup mango
- 1 cup pineapple
- 2 bananas,
- 1 green apple
- Honey
All the ingredients put into the high-speed blender. Add water and blend together until all leafy chunks are gone. Pour into a mason jar. They blend easily and contribute a ton of nutrients. You can add a handful of greens to any smoothie for an extra boost in nutrition.
